1. Service & Account Use

Single Business Entity: Each subscription covers one registered estate agency, business entity, or individual broker brand.
Scope of License: Features, active listing allowances, and system capabilities are governed by your selected plan at the time of subscription.
Prohibition of Resale & Shared Use: Subscriptions may not be resold, rented, sub-licensed, or used to build, host, or process media for external, un-affiliated third-party real estate brokerages or commercial entities without prior written authorization.

Plan Guardrails: While certain plans may offer "unlimited" listings, all usage remains subject to our Fair Use Policy to ensure system performance, speed, and integrity across all accounts.
Volume Thresholds: Accounts exhibiting automated bulk processing, commercial media-house activity, or usage significantly exceeding standard single-office operations may require account re-classification or an upgrade to an Enterprise Tier.
Plan Modifications: We reserve the right to update, modify, or adjust subscription tiers, feature allocations, and usage caps. Any changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

Brand Locking: Account white-labeling features (including custom domains, watermarks, and contact overlays) are locked to the subscriber's primary registered brand identity.
System Identity: Uploaded content must reflect the subscriber's own properties and marketing assets.

Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of all property photos, videos, and media assets you upload or process through the system.
System IP: Our capture workflows, AI algorithms, player technology, and software interfaces remain the exclusive intellectual property of the provider.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Any one-off setup fees (e.g., custom white-label configuration) are non-refundable once deployment has commenced.
Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next renewal billing cycle.
